FRIENDS TOGETHER of MICHIGAN
I currently serve as the volunteer Salesforce Administrator for Friends Together, a charity that helps cancer patients and their families in Northern Michigan. After developing a custom data model employing multiple custom objects AND built-in NPSP features, I have redesigned their core app to provide immediate insights into client needs, developed automated systems that help the staff attach clients to services in half the time, and designed all new reports and dashboards.

TALENT STACKER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
After less than 9 months in the Salesforce space, I joined a design team to build a Salesforce instance calibrated to client needs. Responsibilities included developing and visualizing a custom data model, designing multiple automation systems to ensure data quality and smooth user experiences, and developing end-user training materials.

My path into becoming a data system designer began when I redesigned my department's entire assessment apparatus from the ground up. Tasks included migrating the department to a new LMS platform, leading the redesign of all assessment instruments, leading training sessions for 40+ faculty, creating instructional materials, scoring exhibits, developing reports, and leading data analysis.
